Search engine optimization (SEO) is a complex process that involves a variety of factors. These factors can have varying effects on how your website appears in the search engine result pages. Domain Age, Domain Authority, Page Authority, Referring Domains, and Backlinks are the important Off Page factors.

Domain metrics are a set of measurements that measure a website’s credibility and authority. Search engines can use the Age of a Domain, Domain Authority, Domain Rating and Page Authority to determine how valuable and trustworthy a website appears to be. The higher these metrics of a website, the better site will rank in search engine result pages.

Referring Domains refer to websites that link back to your site. More relevant, high-quality and diverse referring sites you have, then the higher your website will likely rank in search engine result pages. Search engines can determine that your website is trustworthy and authoritative if you have links from authoritative and trustworthy websites.

Backlinks are links from other websites that lead to specific pages of your website. Backlinks can be a major factor in SEO rankings, since they tell search engines whether your website is authoritative, relevant and popular. The higher your website's ranking in search engine result pages will be the more backlinks of high quality you have.

The problem doing this happens when they try to measure the distance with the eye, and they find this:

Thanks for providing such valuable insights. In my POV- The search engine algorithms are constantly evolving and the importance of factors may vary over time. It's crucial to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO to maintain and improve search engine rankings. Off-page factors should be considered alongside on-page factors (such as content relevance, internal linking, and site structure) for a comprehensive SEO strategy. Both on-page and off-page optimization work together to improve a website's search engine visibility and organic rankings.

On my opinion I would go for site’s security . It is a important Google ranking factor. One of the biggest requirements is to ensure your site is using HTTPS protocol, as this encrypts the data between your website and a user’s browser. So a domain must be secured to be trustable.
