our refund policy is very clearly mention in the post:

if you want to refund, the remaining amount will be refunded. plus we will not refund the views delivered on your videos, dont abuse BHW by scamming, first you get the views and now you are asking for refund after getting the services. open the shitlist andi will report you to BHW that you are abusing the forum.

partilly refunded the order you mentioned have issues with and i am not going to refund you for the amount delivered on your vidoes, if you need refund then you can get refund of the amount you have left in panel account, our refund policy is very clear.. and i will report you too.. cause you are SCAMMER. and need money back after getting the services.. which will not happen.

did you checked your panel account?? this order is chargered: 1.3445

and all issue are resovled already if you need refund then you can get of remaining amount and you can open any list, i dont care cause you are SCAMMER and samming in this forum!

If you control & modify every order you marked Partially Completed I will take back my shitlist.
For example you have marked order ID 321313 as complated.
Take a look at order ID 321313. Is that complated?
Please re-check all of my orders.

Only order ID 321110 has been complated.
Rest of them need to re-calculate & add to my FREE BALANCE.

Started 331 viwes.
Now it is 4.772 views.
That mean is you may provide maximum (4772-331) 4.441 viwes (don't forget, this is the maximum, no organic views, can you believe?)

0.69/1000= 0,00069 USD for per view.
0,00069*4421= 3,05049

You must charge maximum 3,05049 USD!!!
