You can find a lot of sellers just by searching facebook PVA account on google, but nobody knows if those are a scam or not

Facebook is very strict and disable accounts with little suspicious activities. It is best to create and manage the accounts manually.

Manually creating and managing accounts is best.

Usually based on how many accounts you want to create/manage.

If you just use less than 10 Facebook accounts, just create + manage it manually.
If you started to go bulk accounts (>30 accounts) an anti-detect browser is necessary. Facebook will detect and ban your accounts if you create too many in 1 device. Hidemyacc is a good choice in my case. I found this one in BHW marketplace
