For reasons unknown to me my Twitter ad account has been banned. It sucks because the results I got from the ad were really good. I did nothing blackhat by the way: it was simply a campaign to get more followers.

I wrote an email to their customer service but obviously that did not help as their customer service is really bad. They've just sent me a very standard reply.

I tried to tweak the campaign with another Twitter account but got banned even before my ad was approved. Used a different card but same IP so probably got flagged.

Anyone has any idea what I could do to prevent getting banned once more? I just want to advertise with them and have no idea why it's so incredibly difficult to do so.

Yeah man using a black listed IP will result in being blacklisted. For sure use proxies at minimum to avoid linking your IP
What is it you're advertising? I haven't lost an account yet, but I m all above board on twitter

Just a campaign to gain followers, nothing special. No blackhat tactics either. I've sent them a long and nice e-mail explaining I had no intentions to do anything wrong and this was their reply:

Our team manually reviewed your content and confirmed that it violates our Unacceptable Business Practices policy.
Some examples of content that violate this policy include, but are not limited to:

  • Content that is deceptive or misleading
  • Misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims
Which makes no sense to me really. It's just a standard reply, they probably didn't even really read what I said.

What proxies do you use?

At the moment, none. Seems like I should use a different (residential) proxy and credit card.

If it was just a follow Ad without violations, I presume you'd still be up. I have 6 current follow campaigns running. One even was a tweet mentioning the FDA. Are you positive you did not put misleading or deceptive information/media in the ad copy? What about in your profile where follow campaigns navigate the viewer to?

Then ban evading with other accounts but not even caring to change the IP didn't help. If you wrote them an email from the account that was banned due to your ban evasion, nothing you can say will change their minds.

I guarantee its more likely that something in your ad copy+media or your profile caused this versus them j turning away your money. We need to figure out what it was so that you do not keep having this issue. Also, since you're blacklisted on future accounts, you have to maintain entirely different footprints. That means card, yes, but also IP, billing, etc. I would even use an anti-detect browser to randomize the footprints.
