UPDATE: I still can't use the proxies because they are not based in the city I want. I have asked customer support 3rd time now to switch them to the city I want (it's part of their network) so I can use them. They seem to not understand what I am requesting or giving me the runaround by asking me back my questions which is very weird. I am almost 24hours in and still can't use the proxies I paid for.
