Do you create a to-do list every day?
Do you track your time?
Do you follow the same timetable every day(working/sleeping/playing at the same time every day)
or do you do things according to your mood?

I used to and it SUCKED. Then I designed a routine.

Wake up, brush, shower, meditate, journal - in the journal i work on my to do list - approx time each task takes and how i will tackle them.

Visualisation helps me be more productive :)

Been doing my days based on mood and it's fine for average useless days but it's done me such a disservice.

Use lists. Use time to olan even when you feel like it's a waste of time.

Planning in life doesn't working anymore bro...so go with the flow.:p

I do create a to-do list every day. I find it helpful to stay focused and to avoid wasting time. I usually work on the most important tasks first. I also try to break down large tasks into smaller and more manageable tasks.

I have my goals outlined, and I have my major time activities on different projects scheduled into my calendar, so I can see what I'm doing day to day.

I try to stick to my schedule, but at the same time stay flexible if I feel I want to finish something more urgent that isn't on my list, or maybe research a new avenue.

I also record my time so I can see every week, how much time I spent on things, and at the end of the month.

You have to have some sort of outline to help you incase you feel overwhelmed or underwhelmed. I notice I can feel either way if I'm not paying close attention to what I should be working on, and actually working, instead of wondering what to do next.

I wouldn't say I follow too much of a routine, as just the other night I pulled an all-nighter to finish something, cause I was close to getting it ready as a new live income channel.

One thing I don't do is try to outline all the steps accurately and follow those. That can leave you with too little insight into other aspects of what you doing with the project, and in this business, the light switch of money-making can be turned on or off quite quickly, with any slight variation or detail.

I use to do things by "mood", but it's really not great. Things that I should have been able to do in a few productive hours were multi-day events. Everyone should use some kind of management/tracking software. Once you have a system in place you'll quickly see how inefficient your days were.

I use the "Things" app on iOS and Mac to plan every part of my day. They unfortunately are Apple only, but if you're already in that ecosystem they're 100% worth it.

It allows me to categorize things that need to be done Today, Upcoming, Anytime, and Someday.

mix of both, i have list on project to do, sub task etc. so it's timetable on work time, and whatever depending on mood after it.

Recently started to create and follow to-do lists. Its much more productively than adrift, but simple to-do list structures your things only in one current line

To get longterm things in order, I use similar lists, but for a week (things that must be completed for the next seven days) and for a month (mini targets, projects etc)

And of course sometimes I keep tracking with my targets for a year, checking of how fulfilled are they. It helps not to see things only on the scale of one day, but always keep wathing long term, for one year, three, five etc

Regarding the records, I only write all this stuff on paper. Have tried a lot af apps-to-do lists (on computer and on the phone), forgot about this after a few days. But paper notes are always on my paper and I always can see and remember it

(sorry for bad english)
