Stuck with Advertiser Verification

Hi everyone
I run search ads on Google and I majorly bid on the brand keyword. Unfortunately, I have to use Manual Payments. As long as I dont have a TL in my account, the account is fine. The second I had a TL, google pauses my account and asks for Advertiser Verification. Is there a workaround for this?
