China Based Factory Sourcing Agent

Hey guys, I am a sourcing agent currently living in China, actually I lived here for quite some times now. I used to work for this chinese trade company that had their own factory for the product that they were selling, I was mainly marketing for them on social media, generating leads for overseas exports etc.

Since then I have left the company, started doing my own thing, I found out about blackhatworld awhile ago but had not signed up until now. I want to take things seriously, to learn, make connections, and build a solid community around myself.

Hi Setox, thank you, yes I actually enjoy doing this haha, I mainly sell products, sold kitchenware for awhile but I've switched to small niche products since I left the company. I am a Chinese American living in China.

Hi Infernel, thank you, I used to teach English in China, but I left the industry after the government restriction on training centers, started getting into photography/videography, and then eventually marketing on social media for Chinese companies. Haha yeah I still see the phone battery business going strong, I live in Nanjing currently, where about did you stay during your time in China?

Thank you! Happy to be here, cost of living in Nanjing is quite alright, rents not as much as places like Shanghai, Shenzhen etc, I can get by with little to nothing aside from utilities and rent, food is cheap here, it's a good place to grind, especially for factory resources at nearby provinces.

Because peoples moves to china & indonesia to get close to factories and do business with the rest of the world, and I read somewhere that there are places in china where the cost of living match that of the rest of southeast asia, and being in china that would be a win-win, that's why I asked you about Nanjing
