GMB Posting - Daily? Weekly?

Figured I would return to the experts;

On a GMB Listing, how often do people post?

Currently posting daily but don't seem to be reaping the rewards so wanted to see what others were doing and seeing success with. Is daily too much?

It is good enough to post 2-3 times per week. If you're going to post every day, don't use the same format every time.

One day, write a how-to guide, and the next day, share your customer review and before and after photos. If at all possible, include a short testimonial video, etc.

Don't forget to include keywords and a call to action in each post.

Posting a couple of times a week is useful, any more never made any difference.

I would suggest you take reviews weekly 2 or 3. But keep in mind reviews appear from GEO-tagged and Local guide-level 4/5 profiles. It's give you much more value than the regular or new profile.
