1. get your IBAN
2. build trust on the account

I saw it. I am thinking how I could do that. Looks like I need a second person for this. Also not sure if that builds the kind of trust with wise that I need.

it does, you deposit 100$, get IBAN, make some LOCAL transactions (can just add the card number to apple / google pay) over a week~month and you're good to go - at least from what I heard)

How shall this work, when wise is asking for an account with the same name. How could an exchanger ( I assume you mean binance, kraken or any other crypto exchange) do that?

Just verified your account to bypass the limits if you need to go faster.

to get an IBAN you need to deposit from a bank account, if you're going to use a wise account better do it the right way and just go all the way..

I'm talking just for the first deposit, also I heard it builds more authority but I'm not sure about that so I don't want to mislead
