There are such groups but they also scam with group members in some way.

Basically what Jordan Belfort did and everyone else has been copying for years. Under Marketcap & a low price -> Buy with your brokers -> Pump -> Rat holes sell -> Dump (Pump & Dump)

If you want to scam at least come up with something new, not the same old stuff.
