You do realize if/when someone finds out that your claims in your signature are inflated or fake, you're fucked. Better put up some proof on your LP. FTC will come a knocking pretty quickly... believe me.

That is supposed to be a marketing headline. If you actually read advertising/marketing books, the only purpose of that ad is for someone to notice it and click it.

Again the purpose is for them to notice and click and go to my lp. And from there it's a brand new story. And yes some people might think it's bullshit, actually most people would. I have then aroused an emotion of interest, and I'll take that. There is no such thing as bad advertising after all.
