Not sure about page views, but depending on ads it could be 40k-100k uv.
100-200 unique daily visitors, Google indexed a few urls but I have over 3k movies already, and none of those indexed urls are ranking (all visitors are coming from external source). I migh be penelized, but dont really care as Im preparing a few new sites.

Have you considered promoting with spammy links on reddit and youtube like this:

im scraping existing videos on the fly and using cors supported video providers like upcloud, no need to download or upload any content, feel free to ask doubts

Just do basic on seo, and then try to get some links. IF yo uhave money pay people that recommend these kind of sites to promote yours. Also good techinique is to uplaod copyright free movie or part of movie on youtube and put a link to your webstie. Aswell facebook groups (dont spam they'll ban your domain).

Neither that I'm allowed to sell here, nor I would recommend that one because I wrote it really bad when I now look at it. Im writing new one (just for learning purposes, I no longer want to do this because of bigger better and legal projects).
