Varund - as the accuser you seem to being trying far too hard to prove your own innocence/Bruce's guilt. If you really were telling the truth then surely you shouldn't have to keeping posting screenshot after screenshot.

As most of us know Spud has recently had issues with his business partner and doesn't have access to the old account they used (to send Varund payment) - so it's left Spud stuck on the phone to paypal trying to get some sort of proof.

Most people are just jumping in on this thread with their 2 cents when they have no dealings with Bruce. "Having a feeling" about someone doesn't mean you can pipe in on a shitlist thread supporting the OP. Some of you are doing business with Spud at the moment and may have been delayed - noone has complained about communication, just lack of prompt delivery - which does not mean he is a scammer.

The best way for this to get sorted before it gets spiralled would be with a mod I think - bitching back and forward isn't going to solve any "issues".

Oh My God! Spud always changed his statements! Western union never do any transfer, all what he gave is text which can easily be edited! And image which he partially gave saying he sent 138$ to me was the partial refund of my 550$ payment!

Varund seems to show proof after proof after proof where Spud only has shown a payment of $138.

That 138$ payment was a partial refund of my 550$ payment which became clear after i posted the entire image!

I have known Varun for a while and he is legitimate. The reason for having multiple Paypal accounts is because INDIAN PEOPLE ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH PAYPAL! Try getting an account in Bangledash. Now seriously, the $550 has nothing to do with services or this or that. Send the $550 back. Then talk about the services. Simple.

Ok this is what I dont understand. I am in not way involved in this but no body has mentioned this or maybe I have it wrong.

On FEB 25 2010 VARUN sent SPUD $550 so that spud would send him the money via western union or xoom. This money has nothing to do with articles what so ever, It was just that VARUN could not withdraw the money from his paypal account so he asked SPUD to do this favor for him.

SPUD says that he sent VARUN $400 on november 30 2009 (the year before) but that he cannot provide proof of this transaction because he does not have access to this paypal account anymore.

But what does the $400 have to do with the $550? I thought that the $400 was giving to VARUN for work while the $550 was giving to SPUD so that he could withdraw it from his pp and send it to VARUN as a favor.

Even if Varun did receive the $400 (the year before) SPUD would still owe VARUN $550. right?

Be a men and communicate with varun also if you are not able to pay him right at the moment.You will see you will feel better and have more time to work and fix the issue cause i'm also not beliving that you're a scammer, you are just somebody who have right at the moment money issues which could happen to all of us.Just stay up and fix it and nobody will judge you.Myself i would even give you more trust if you would act like a real men

He is saying that he sent me 400$ on 30 november (keep in mind that our first chat was for his 5 minute ad-flagging work on 1 dec. 2009) for 225 articles! OMG! SO CHEAP! And i never gave anything to him (according to his fairy tale) And he is such a god and never said anything to me! I amm the chats, he talked about bank's problem and never cared about footfall and after 25 days, he remember that he have a friend called footfall! And became jury for his work and took my 550$!?!?!?! I can show all the proofs. What he have given is simple text which anyone can edit, an images in which he claims he sent me 138$ and whose full version which i posted cleared that it was a partial refund of my 550$. So whats the problem now? Everything is crystal clear!

This war of words is going nowhere, so I suggest we all wait upon Spud to get his proof from paypal for the initial payment he made to varund.

He only ordered 10 articles from me on dizziness and headache which i have delivered a month ago! Proof -

And you know what? He is lying about that $400 deal! We never had any deal like that!

He himself said i owe him 30 articles as he will send me 700$ instead of 590$ And i cleared that i sent the last article to him, so deal completed!

And how can we forget this -

He said he sent the cash on 25 february and western union never do transfers to bank accounts!?!?!?! I confirmed it many times! According to him, i was supposed to get thaty cash in a day but its been a month now!
