I have been buying new domains, and starting auto blogs and legitimate sites for awhile now, and never have had problems with sites getting indexed (Even Auto Blogs).

I usually get my site indexed in a few hours, with just about 10 minutes of work (Apart from setup)

1)
Set-Up Wordpress:
--Platinum SEO Plugin
--Google Sitemap XML Plugin
--Dagon Sitemap Plugin
---Create Page called "Posts" or "All" for the Dagon Sitemap

2)
Content:
Either Autoblog 50+ Posts, or Create ~10 quality pages

3)
Setup Sitemaps / Robot.txt
Set your site up with Google Analytics-Submit your Sitemap that way, as well as your robot.txt, also change your crawl rate to a faster rate.

4)
Twitter:
Tweet your new sites homepage, and 6 or 7 of your posts, even @them to others in your niche. Now if you have a second, or third, or fourth twitter account etc.. Go and Re-Tweet those posts. Make sure you include hashes people would search often related to your niche, nothing spammy.

5)
Social Network:
-Submit your front page, and 1-2 of your new posts to social networking services
--I first submit to, reddit & digg-Its quick and easy.
---Stumble, Mixx etc. the more the merrier!

6)
Ping
Ping your site using a couple good ping services, my favorite is:
Code:
http://ping.in/index.php

Now repeat step 4 every few hours, specially if you have an auto-blog.

Hi there. For each WP blog, do I need to get separate hosting account for each blog or can it be a sub-folder [one dedicated main domain + create new database + sub folder] or one main blog using WP-MU?

Its actually not hard at all to get a site indexed, even easier if it's a blog. To keep it indexed and moving through the SERP's keep updating it will original content and use bookmarking services and pings.

This.

I always see people struggling over how to get a site indexed and I've really wondered why.

Most of my sites get indexed shortly after I submit a sitemap to Webmaster Tools.

I agree with what you guys are saying. If you just follow a few simple steps, then getting indexed isn't that hard.

I have had a few of sites get indexed within 8-12 hours recently.:D

Typically around 24 though.

I think people in USA dosn't have problem indexing, but I am facing this problem with few of my websites, it's been weeks they are not indexed.

I tried bookmarking (onlywire), quick backlinking, robot.txt, sitemap to webmaster tool, add url, PR Storm.

Even the links are showing up in webmaster, but sites are not getting indexed:(

add your rss feed url to feedburner, an hours you'll be indexed to google
:p

It is easy for some but hard for others, no reason to state the obvious-I was simply trying to assist some of those who do need it.

Did you use create a new database for each blog or did you use WP MU?

Feedburner is good, but if you are doing anything you don't want Google to know about, then don't use them.

Just use other RSS sites like FeedAgg, etc.

I'm not saying to be clean. I'm saying that if you are going to be doing anything besides strictly WH methods (which is too boring for me), even Grey Hat, then I wouldn't use FeedBurner because Google owns them.

It'd be like giving Google backdoor into your whole operation.
