It is a paradise for the poor who spend their days scamming for just a few hundred bucks. Don't expect any developer from this I've been scammed a few times, but I thought it was an opportunity cost and kept looking for a partner, but it's a waste of time. Most of the people who claim to be developers here will always ask for a deposit upfront and you will lose that money almost 100% of the time. I met 6 beggars who claim to be developers here, and luckily got one partner. You can't get anything you want here
