Facing the same issues here and it is giving a hard time.

Despite using a website cloak, I'm struggling to gain approval and am still encountering unreliable claims. I'm limited by policy and feel unsure of what to do next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

One of BHW members once said me that you need to create your own cloaker to get approved xD

Which was yours?

I need to read thrice to check the words, and they all sound the same to me.

OK, so you think that cloaking the website ALONE, is good enough to get an ad approved (running) in Google Ads ? Are there any other aspects that you consider as even MORE important than merely cloaking the website (as far as running ads in Google Ads is concerned) ? Why ? Because, if Google Ads algorithms detect anything shitty in the campaign setup / anything shitty in the (safe) landing page, then do obviously expect ad disapprovals and if you are luck enough, then even account suspension(s).

BTW he should get the site approved before placing links to offers

This could also indicate a problem in the ad itself.
