[REQ] Mobile Website for Local Business

I know how to create mobile sites from scratch. Damn, now I only need sales people. Anyone want to JV on this just hit me up!

In my country mobile sites (WAP sites) are sold for $4333 pr site!
I've researched the market up here in the north and it seems like there's only one good provider... They pretty much have the market to them self!

Dude, take a look at my nickname ... think you can figure it out?

But there's two problems:
(1) People don't know that they need this / must have it in place within two years when everyone has iPhone and iPad like devices...
(2) I think that you need to learn norwegian first. I'm pretty sure that the market just will not buy from someone calling them and speaking english.
(3) And you have to know norwegian in order to convert the websites to wap sites...

But what do I know... I'm no WAP expert...

Maybe we should do a JV here? (I run a seo & marketing company...)

Just by curiosity what's the regular price for a WAP site internationally / USA? $300-500 bucks?

This is really intriguing, I just read that less than 1% of sites are either mobile ready, or have a mobile version. They are very easy to create. My little brain is just swimming, now.

The problem with this is that most new mobile browsers that use webkit render a normal site fine on a mobile browser and I only expect this too improve so there will be no need for 2 sites.

not everyone wants to zoom or pan around a full site on a mobile device - its a pain in the ass, i would much rather have a mobile friendly version

there is a lot of functionality that a full site can have that wont port over to a mobile device, for example non of the apples devices work with flash - additionally certain types of media are simply oversized and really too large to be deployed on a mobile device, often causing the pages to be rendered extremely slow on a mobile connection regardless if its on a 3g or 4g network...

They want strait simple information. Who they are, What they do, How to reach them and
how to contact them.
I am doing extremely well with this although I have expanded and adapted it further to suit the needs of clients and give a more professional site than the methods Matt teaches. For example I have outsourcers create original sites to mirror their original and I
also offer full cms sites.
