Interaction is important; you should join new groups and post content everyday. Also create your own groups and invite your friends, you need to be active all the time. Consistency is the key to get the traffic, when you stop for some time you'll see that you are loosing all you've got. Therefor you can get traffic easily, it is not hard but it may long time.

You can do it this way:
1- Find groups related to your niche and join them.
2- Post your content in these groups.
Once you are ready to scale. Get a social media automation tool and buy a few old Facebook accounts, and get some proxies too.
And you can then automate the first 2 steps and let the software post automatically on your behalf.

If you are talking about organic traffic, search niche groups that have a good amount of audience, and if you want Paid traffic so FB ads is the solution for paid traffic!

Writing good answers you should get a lot of attraction to your profile isn't it?
But not give FB people the full detailed answer because they will not click on the link in your answer to your external website.....

I think a personal page with 5000 contact limit is more easy to get traffic from FB as with an business page, since FB created business pages, at same time they restrict hefty the organic reach.
Better use an FB personal profile to build up your business (your personal brand and your own services-not affiliate) ?

Choose a traffic objective if you want to: Send people to your website or app. Increase the number of conversations on WhatsApp or Messenger. Using a third party service is fastest and saves time
