Hi,

My facebook ad account was suspended in last july for a reason I don't know (probably using a vpn but not sure).

Now the appeal button is greyed out and can't find any way to contact them.

What should I do? Is it possible to recover the account ? create new one?

Wait a few days, maybe a few weeks, before running ads on your newly created account. Post something, like, comment, add friends, or create some activity history for your account. Make sure that you are using the same DOB and name as in your identity proof for your Facebook account.

You have to warm up the account, but make sure you use an Anti Detect Browser and a proxy when log in into account, and after that you can link your credit card and start running ads but there is no 100% that you will not get suspended again. Thats the situation with fb, if you get suspended, get another account and do the same, warming a while and making ads.

you can file an appeal to facebook, then wait for facebook's response and follow their steps.
you should also create a few new accounts to warm them up , if your appeal to facebook is not successful you can use the new heated account
