Yeah, those 3 particular orders you listed were "completed" but you delivered everything in 24 hours which caused BANS. Not only did you deliver 50k plays overnight, you also sent them using proxies from India and Russia. The service descriptions say "Plays from Tier 1 Countries". Again, nothing was delivered as advertised.

You described services as "PREMIUM U.S. PLAYS" which turned out to be really cheap tier 3 country proxies you were using. Again, another reason artist pages were banned. You didn't deliver anything as described and there were several orders where you didn't deliver anything at all yet still took my money. Me and countless others were scammed and did NOT receive what you advertised. Period.

I gave you many opportunities to give me a partial refund previously. You told me you didn't do refunds. Well, it's too late now.
I'm not going to settle for anything less than a full $969 refund.

You have the order IDs that are already in the screenshots provided. Therefore, you already have my username and the rest of the orders. You're just saying the same thing over and over again to buy time. Not to mention the endless tickets and live chats with you on your panel. Obviously, you know exactly who I am.

I'm tired of this. It's been a month now since I opened this. SEND MY REFUND OF $969 ALREADY. And while you're at it, refund everyone else in this thread too. Do the right thing for once.

He has 208 Orders which completed but he just send 2 order id!!! Is it such a hard to understand it. He make purchase about 968 Dolar but just send these order id which cost just 31.5 dolar.

Why? Why I will refund all money because of 31.5 dolar missing plays which all remain completed!

He always wrote about banning song. this is insane but SEND ME ORDER ID THAT YOU CLAIMED YOUR SONG REMOVE!
2- Even if its true ( which we have daily 30k spotify order for 1.5 year there is JUST 1 JUST 1 take down issue we have ) that's why we chance our user terms about song take down. Did you read terms of use!! I don't think so

But this dispute not normal. There a costumer dispute about us.Ok this can be. We can have problematic order but this men intention is not fair. Not good. His intention just try to make this conservation extend and tried to keep it close as much as it can.

If some one open dispute for us, he need to send his orders!!! Otherwise how cna we proof.

On the other hand he always open refund demand 10x time for credit card company but it all get reject. Keep on with it mate.

My demand if costumer not write order id again, ( which he wrote we send all proof and ready to refund ) this disputes need to get close. Next time we won't answer same granules accusing again.

Same story here..

Even have an order from April 16, 2023 that they have promised to take care of since April 21. Nothing happened, reminded their customer service serval +10 times. Sometimes it help if we thread with post on BHW, It should not be like that. Furthermore I believe that I keep a fair tone, but when orders are not fulfilled within 10 days and it's repeating every single day, I need to be a bit direct in my language.

So what happens to order: 410958 and 530183????

And yes, as they write we are an 'old' customer - is that how you treat loyal customers?

Order id: 549998 + 549822 - marked as completed but not even close. Received apx. 200 streams and not targeted streams but from tier-3 countries...! WASTE OF MONEY and why sell service you can't deliver...?

That's not my account. Those are not my orders. Look at the username on the screenshot you provided. Lol that's not mine. My username can be found on the screenshots I posted in the very beginning of this thread.

Do you see how much of a mess you are? You can't even keep your scam straight. You can't keep up with the amount of victims you have scammed.

FYI, I haven't placed an order on your panel in over 3 months. Are you ready to send me a refund?
