You have to respect the paid planes until its end
you cant move customers for plane they already paid to other and just say we did send email and we well move you
we don't need bonus we only need the plans that is been paid
or do refund for it

After the upgrade you'll get a better rate than the one you're buying now. And the term will be counted from the beginning.
