he is a friend of mine and i just hate the speculations as nobody knows yet whats going on. i dont say any of the theories are wrong, i just don't know and nobody else does, so its unfair to make claims he made 500k that he scammed people from here and ran off. oh and FYI my wife is from colombia there are plenty of stories of people getting kidnapped and even killed just for a phone. even happened next to her old appartment, guy got shot as he didnt want to give up his iphone. so whatever "Its 2023" means to you, in some countries you better not mess with the wrong people. i'm in germany and even here people get shot or stabbed if they mess with the wrong guys.

It's a sad situation. The truth of the matter is that we likely may never know what happened. If he has not reached out to BHW staff by now, he ain't coming back. The only word for this is exit. It's painful because it just gave a potential bad name to just about every JrVIP.

It's a sad situation. The truth of the matter is that we likely may never know what happened. If he has not reached out to BHW staff by now, he ain't coming back. The only word for this is exit. It's painful because it just gave a potential bad name to just about every JrVIP.

i don't think it affects all JrVIPs as just look at the dispute section, there are plenty of VIPs. everyone is responsible for his own reputation.

Might be a long shot since I'm sure he probably moved the money out already but if you paid via crypto you could check the wallet address to see if there's been any recent activity. If you really know what you're doing you might be able to follow where he transferred them as well unless he did a coin swap.

Sure, but there are many other less “sketchy” looking options than only crypto if you’re a legit business man involved with investment companies and other agencies as he is supposed to be. The client has zero protection with only crypto, I’d dare say clients aren’t going to charge back on what he was selling if it was delivered as it was supposed to be. Now we are seeing people that probably would be close to charging back pop up in this thread with a moderator saying there is a pending Dispute Resolution thread on him too, like I said if they’ve paid by crypto (I don’t know if they all have) then they’re hammered now, no way of getting that back.

Wire transfers for example where you’d get at least some type of legit details on where and who you were sending the money to, or better still for a service like his where the client is waiting X amount of months to see results/get the finished product working as described (6 months?), I would have given the client an e-scrow option of some sorts, something along the lines of 50% held and 50% paid upfront, again with a proper e-scrow company you’d generally see exactly who you’re dealing with too. The held 50% released when the finished/working product is delivered, I think 6 months was his time frame.

I’ve nothing against crypto, but I would imagine we can both agree that it’s a scammers payment option of choice, leaving the buyer with zero options or protection.

crypto is not sketchy. if you pay someone cash its the same thing for example, if he wont refund you he wont. of course both is a scammers option of choice, but they can also use fake paypal accounts etc etc

It's called assumptions and they exist since he have clients who have been left without any answers and services on a expensive paid in advance service.

It's a completely normal behavior, I dont leave my clients without answers or contacting in any form, planning safety measures for many situations that I antecipate which includes cyber attacks, fraud attempts and many other situations, it's called being a professional.

Also "Call your CSI friends" it's a completely unnecessary comment and let's leave it that way.
