I need your help...

I own several adult subreddits (35k total subs, they are small, yes) and run CPA on them (pinned posts, automod messages and so on) via Crakrevenue to Bongacams SOI.

My conversions are very low... even though I get about 250 clicks per day on average.
Is this normal?
Should I switch to the smartlink?

Any help/ideas are appreciated
