How to Set Up a LLC in USA for Non-Residents + US Bank Account (all sources shared)

Your video in itself is true but it has nothing to do with the topic so your statement telling me what I wrote is "not true" is wrong.
This speaks for its self

An LLC doesn't not a make a business a US trade or a business its just pass through entity it all depends what business is used through it.The IRS sees a single member is a disregarded entity its like the LLC is never there, taxation is passed on to the members of the llc not the LLC itself.

Once you use Amazon and it uses Amazon warehouse in the US you would be tax liable.

i opened a llc in the USA a couple years back. it wasnt really that hard just the upfront cost of the application sucks.

Ok I didn't know that so what is the gross revenue and expenses of your vending business in the US
It depends on the month itself. I own 4 vending machines two beverage machines and two snack machines. I generally net anywhere from 1300-1700 per month after expenses and all. Generally speaking I go to a few different places to get my whole sale stuff so it doesn't stick around the same price and gas is crazy currently. I am kind of looking to either expand or sell the company i am unsure.

Hi there, Can I ask a question: After pay $200 for LLC, we have to buy EIN about $150 to register the banking?

Deadline for submitting form 5472 (foreign ownership of disregarded entity) approaching! Better get ready or face issues once your bank submits data to the IRS.

You should edit this, in incfile (dot) com, you can register New Mexico LLC FOR $50 dollars only, of course you have to make the EIN and everything yourself, but maybe it's cheaper and helpful for everyone to know about this option. Just realized about this yesterday while looking for options to register my new LLC...
Thanks. I found this helpful. This would be helpful.

I want to ask about Airwalexx what specific companies do they accept?

Testing this next month. I have just started receiving payments on stripe.
I used to receive all payments on WISE.
So that i got it right.. you used your LLC to setup stripe there and then added your personal wise US bank account to recive the funds?
BTW doesnt wise charge like 7 usd per each wire transactions? ( offcourse on large turnaround it does not matter)

Not my personal wise account. LLC's Wise account.

No. It doesn't charge that.

This thread is full of contradictions.
As far as my research has taken , for non resident alien who makes money strictly outside of US, there is 0 tax. But on the other hand, you have to fill out the forms still. At this point I see the need for professional , it would be great to have some genuine suggestions for this purpose and estimate on how much members pay for this each year.

If you make money from US citizens, you pay federal and possible state tax which can amount to 31-40 %. ( my understanding)

One quick update.

You need to file forms 5472 and 1120 for all foreign-owned single member LLCs.

We didn't do this for 2 years now :)

We called an accountant and he said: "You have to pay $210 per month for each month you are late, So you need to pay 1 year and Accountant can wave 1 year "

This is for federal taxes even though I haven't done any business or made any transaction using the LLC's bank account.

Lesson learned the hard way but no problem.

@Heiko my beloved dear ser admin add this to the main Post.

Dont forget to fill out forms 5472 and 1120

And THIS IS NOT A FINANCIAL ADVICE. I JUST WANTED TO SHARE HOW YOU CAN SET UP A LLC. FOR TAXES YOU NEED TO TALK TO ACCOUNTANTS!
