He was supposed to do adult sign ups but did not and I asked for a refund which he agreed. Then, he purposely made me wait until the PayPal grace period is over and I can't raise anything against him.

200k world wide =$88
200k US, UK, CA = $240

The world wide can be completed in 30 days, however the country targeted usually delivers a bit slower than world wide because we don't have as much control over the speed.

What do you mean is it tracked? Everything that you want the browser to see needs to be on the page of the url that you submit to us.

Yes, they are. You will get repeat IPs as well but we don't count them in the 10k. You will get 10k unique visitors.

Yes, we can deliver 10k in about a day or stretch it out for around 3 weeks or more. We can definitely target those categories for you.

Our system minimum per campaign url is 10k, so we can only use one url with a 10k campaign. Many customers use rotating urls that will automatically switch between sites to split the 10k up amongst multiple urls.

Unfortunately we don't accept moneybookers. Right now we just take paypal.
