Tl dr: seller delivers! good results.
I ordered the 3 months package back on February 16th. You can see my post as post #78 on page 4.
Going into it I had a GMB page that was ranking #4 for my main keyword that I wanted to target. It was a 2-2.5 year old GMB profile and had page 1 SERPs as well since around a year ago. My domain was around 2.5 years old at the time of placing the order.
The seller was great at communications. It was clear he was money hungry but also willing to work for it and provide a good service. I expressed many of my concerns and anxieties as I did not notice anything for the first 2 months. In fact, just prior to the 2 months mark, my ranking had actually dropped 1 or 2 spots.
There were some issues in the beginning regarding the quality of the GMB posts that he wrote. This is an area that could use some improvement. Also, out of the 3 main keyword phrases to target, only 1 bore fruit. The other two remain completely obscure. That being said, related keywords to the one that did go up, improved quite a bit as well.
Other than that, he provided regular updates and always addressed my concerns promptly.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, just past the 2 months park, I was hitting #3 and made it into the 3 pack. It's now been 2 weeks and things seem consistent.
So I have no regrets and would recommend this guy's service.

So your saying it took that long to go from #4 to #3? Did the driving directions seem to help? Some things not adding up here, with all the things that's supposedly are being done then 3 keywords should do much better. I wanted to try this but I won't allow low quality posts at all.

Yes it took that long. It takes time for things to ramp up without looking suspicious. You don't want to go from 5 clicks a day to suddenly 50. Also, with anything SEO related it's an art and a science. There is some "testing" and "feeling around" to see what works and what doesn't.
With regards to low quality posts, what I told him was, run them by me first. I had to check over everything because some of them were talking about stuff I didn't offer(ed) and sometimes the English was just bad. So that's something that the seller definitely needs to work on but at the same time, you have total control over and is not a total deal breaker. It's just annoying having to waste time editing and proofreading everything.
I gave him 3 MAIN keywords to go after. They were sort of related but sort of not. Think plumber and drainage. Kind of related, kind of separate. The main one I told him was highest priority was the one that improved. Not only that though all the related keywords to that MAIN keyword improved as well. So I'm hitting the top 3 for related but lower volume lower difficulty keywords too, which as an aggregate should help.
