Best platform for single page landing page

So - Im getting ready to start a new project (SoMe + domain landing page) and need to build a single page website to use as a lander.

What are my best options for a customizable, cheap, fast and easy to build single page site?

I have mostly worked with WordPress before, but that seems way to "big" for this kind of site. Im envisaging a minimal scaleable design with logo + four main "topics" leading visitors to related offers.

I would say go with react.js. either choose next.js which is a full stack framework built on react, or go with a vite project (do whatever, don’t use create-react-app).

Another 2 options are solid.js and vue.

These are really awesome for building fast and modern websites, quickly.

not sure what your requirements are, but you might just be fine with a static template from html5up.
