Google arbitrage using Tiktok ads

Hey guys,
I'm preparing to start my journey into search arbitrage using TikTok ads.
I'm not sure how can I create a website like in the screenshot below, they are using adsense praking domains.
There is a pre landing page with keywords for that niche and that a page to visit the website.
If someone can explain how can I do that will help me a lot, thanks

Does SEDO allow paid traffic to their domain parking page? I see some people sending traffic using native ads to SEDO but SEDO's terms mentions that they strictly prohibit paid traffic. Can you tell me what's up there? Do they really accept paid traffic to parking page?
I would not prefer to get banned from getting payment after they accept lot of paid traffic happily and then don't pay me mentioning their terms!
Would be grateful if you help if you can share some knowledge on this.

You need type in traffic for that.

Still I see many people promoting SEDO through Facebook and Taboola through paid ads. Wonder how it works for them. I am sure their accounts are not getting banned because it is on large scale they are promoting SEDO through Taboola.

Here is what I found on SEDOs Page, they don't want stuff like that:

• Domain owner may not re-direct traffic to their parked domain name. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, traffic redirected from other domain names, traffic originating from advertising and purchased traffic such as pop-under or exit traffic. Each domain name must be parked separately.

I already read their TOS and I know they do not want paid traffic but still check below.

I am still wondering whether SEDO allow this or they do not care about paid traffic?

The company I work for has access to almost all feed providers

You have to apply to search feed providers. They require from you, that you spent in past ~$1k daily. They don't accept someone without any advertising experience.
And don't try it with sedo and any other normal domain parking services. You will get banned very quickly. They all (almost) are feed providers but you can't drive traffic to normal domain parking account. You need that special account for driving paid traffic to parked domains.
They provide you for social traffic an another account like for native traffic an another. You can't mix these traffic sources in one account.

I think Tonic is not so good anymore, here are some better like sedo, bodis, domainactive...does anyone have some news, my TikTok ads are being rejected very often? Following those rules to be compliant is boring... Do you have some good keywords to try?

There are many teams in China doing this kind of thing. Our company places ads on Facebook to divert traffic to Sedo.
However, it should be noted that you must contact sedo’s account manager to open a premium account, so that you can run external traffic to the parking page and make profits.

are you sure sedo allows it? I have high converting campaign ready but other domain parking companies asking to invest daily 1000 USD or more. I heard SEDO block accounts if external traffic is sent. Can I have your Telegram or Skype address if you do not mind? I need some help for that if you can please
