Tips for forcing a link on forums

I've been thinking for a while about a method to force a link on the forum.
I'm trying to do exactly what I did on this post: https://tree-nation.com/fr/forum/theme/4130-medicinal-plants-and-trees

The last comment highlights a ******** clickable link.

Can't figure out how he did it. Do you have any ideas? Any tips?

I tried with <a href>, with http://
