Go to: https://www.youtube.com/premium/annual

Use any vpn (I use Urban VPN) and then choose Turkey.
South Africa and Philippines also work, but they are a few $ more.
Idk if there are maybe even cheaper countries than turkey.

You can just turn off the vpn after purchasing. Stays there absolutely 0 problems
