Is there any payment processor, where my client pays normally with his or her bank account/paypal ,and then the service converts it to crypto which I can withdraw without completing KYC?

You want someone to buy crypto with paypal, that is easy.
You want acces to the crypto without a kyc? that is a bit harder, but there are enough options if you know where to look.
For the rest it is a bit confusing?

Do you want to take the cypto and turn it into money in your bank without a kyc? banks know their customers so this would be impossible.
if you mean sending it to a bank via an exchange that doesnt use a kyc, this is possible.

Your best option is to complete kyc and then buy private coin like Zcash or Monero.

I think he means [and I am looking for a similar solution] that is there an option/ payment gateway that allows customers to pay with their bank cards and you as the seller, receives the payment in crypto. The process doesn't have to burdensome to the customer in such a way that they have to verify their details before they can make payment.

There are a lot of Fiat to crypto payment gateways.

But you will not find one that doesn't verify you, any reputable service provider will not take on such an insane liability, the legal implications are limitless. You might find a crypto to crypto payment gateway without KYC.

Only way around this is fraud; using someone elses credentials to open up a business via those companies.

commercially it’s pretty much non-existent since all the providers are bound by law to KYC.

That looks extremely unreliable and shady.

But i guess it's illegal so no one would advertise it on the yellow papers.

Have you any experience with them?

Your best bet would be trying a P2P exchange, there’s a couple out there that also support buying through PayPal or Wise.
