This is because of the prepaid and country selected on the billing combination. Try and change the country. Check the bin of your prepaid and use the same country as the bin was issued, and you will make it.

maybe its not eligible in ur country?
Everything is USA. USA IP, USA Visa prepaid card. USA address on the card after registering it.
some platforms don't like virtual cards

Also not all virtual or prepaid cards are equal. Some are easily flagged, some are allowed.
So, best question is: Has anyone had success with prepaid or virtual card? With brand of card?

Then link your Prepared card to paypal and pay via paypal, it will work,

Change your virtual card. Maybe this is the problem.

Maybe is your card, could go to simple restrictions as your card can't handle international payments, minimun ammount to witdraw for the $1 verification the minimun for my bank to witdraw was $5 I could never get pass the $1 verification now I fix it and can go through, your card is not for international use only local and at this point you will have to use a credit card those doesn't have restrictions when making purchases online, or you have a different card from visa, mastercard top really know what happend I truly recommend you to contact your bank if that is the only payment method you have available.
