Their support is very helpful, but in order to have even a shot at being approved you'll need to fix the issues they found.
The issue OP described cannot be fixed till they give more clear reasons.

Why? OP said that they got rejected instantly due to the above reasons.
Unless it's an adult or download site, I assume it has to do with scraped content, which needs to be rewritten and then talk to support.
If that's not the case, it can easily be clarified by OP.

My content is Ai generated content, but how do they detect it instantly??
Also my tickets are being instantly closed.
I did also tried to add the site on a new ezoic account but I can’t add it, it says he already belongs to another account, even after deleting it

In some cases, AI content is treated as scraped because big chunks of it are plagiarized.
But they didn't detect it instantly, they didn't want to check it again.
I don't have an answer about your tickets being closed, or about switching accounts because I never experienced it myself.

I opened a ticket with a different category, I selected the “Other” category and now I am waiting for an awnser.
I was selecting the re review category and it was giving me a pre made awnser instantly

Do you have a site approved on Ezoic? After I got my first site approved I was assigned with a rep, and when I reached a certain level (level 2 or 3 I believe) they assigned me a higher tier rep.
