I've been in a dating niche for over 3 years. I've done a lot of automation work. But I have never seen such a high conversion rate. There is a very serious targeting here.

I had my focus elsewhere and CPA earnings dropped a lot, right now around $450/day. Everything is on a single network now, except Tier 3 which is going to a different network earning around $30/day.

It still does not require a lot of maintenance so I don't mind. It's recovering tho as you can see above, almost reaching $500/day(for tier1/tier2). Need to push $150 more to consider fully recovered.
Proxy business is going out of hand, now it's around 25k/month, and next month should reach 30k/month. Opened new locations, this weekend road trip to Poland. Oh kurwa.
Never could imagine how many technical difficulties can pop up when you start to scale these things. Now traffic is around 6 Tb/day.
Found a way to source cheap hardware: you need to go Alibaba and start bargain like you are in an Indian street market, turning down bad offers, without any shame asking for better prices, and going away from the seller if you don't like what you hear. In every proxy DIY guide - suggests Huawei dongles. Those proxy farms selling hardware "wE aRe uSiNg oNlY HuaWei e3372h" I bet none of them have tried ZTE MF79. lmao. hope they wont read this.
For computing devices I still prefer https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-xu4-special-price/, haven't found anything better or more powerful. Still fighting to find the best PPPS(per port power switches) but it's only because of my perfectionism and isn't really a requirement.
Started to rent out Mac M1 machines too, demand is there for sure, not many suppliers in EU zone with decent latency for them to be easy to use. If you ask why, I consider Mac M1 to be the best stealth and anti-fingerprint solution to be used right now if you want to use/automate instagram or any other social using web clients. Good proxies and clean fingerprints guarantee free Gmail account creation without the need for any PVA.
Again tried to hire a developer, will see how it will go this time. Already forgot how annoying this process is, in the past months I've tried to work with more than 5-6 people and till now not a single one of them could meet my expectations. And it's not even the engineering skills they lack but the problem-solving aspect. My plan is to rebuild my engineering team this year so I need to keep searching.
Just finished(hopefully) a complicated setup for my friend where he needed to connect Android phones via PC and route them through proxy. What sounds like an easy task, in reality, was 2-week long testing and development run. It's all fun and games when you need to connect few phones, the real stuff comes out when you want to connect 100 phones per PC
We think today it finally worked. Will see. Can't talk much about it, Non-Disclosure is my middle name.

Average Joe never will see anything near to these amounts that LS earns every day.
Its a hard, long work, many sleepless nights/hours. It took him years to get to 450$ a day.
And primary thing: he started long time ago when everything was easier.
Now its much harder, lots of checks on every page, every social media. They have AI to fight against spam, robots etc..
Unless you dont have AI to fight back, forget it.
LuckySparks has its own trained AI that he uses. Thats why he can make such money.
You cant just type some code in Python, use proxy and expect to make some money with it.
You will earn nothing. You must have solid business ideas, experience in marketing and so on. Everything takes years of nonstop work.
Most of the people dont understand this. Making money online is extremely complicated. 99.9% of people cant even make stable 1$ a day. Even 30$ a month online.
Its alot easier to go and find regular job in real world than make it online

Well, while I agree in many things you said - there is 17 yo client of mine who earns 50k+/month by running crypto marketing projects and has tech skills of almost none. It's not about the tech. You don't need AI's or development skills. It's all about connecting the dots, finding the right niche. Using the right tools, resources and being focused on one thing only.
My way of doing this is complicated and for sure not the easiest one but that's why it's only 450$/day and not 4500$/day.

bro I been reading your shit and must say you are one of my great examples, you inspire me on many levels. like when you said I need a sales army of ai whores I felt that and dove into AI and Adult CPA which is a match made in heaven I run my own small army of ai thots now and scaling everyday making around $100 a day now. My IM experience started about when this profile is registered, so it's around 3 years haha.
On the bright side, CPA earnings are passive. Only weekly maintenance that requires few hours tops.

I see, i think that's the best way, you would be paying more but would have a piece of mind that no one's tinkering with your hardware.
One more follow up question tho, have you set-up a static IP with a dedicated ISP for your locations or using something like wireguard to VPN the hardware on location to your main set-up and letting people access from there?

Only static IP. To use backconnect, you can use projects like FRP but it will affect latency.
