try another bin.
keep trying until you find one that works

Try getting a Wise card or something like that, might be country dependent.

Source the right card. Nowadays some or many card issuers set their bins to deny ad network transactions (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), in order to minimize the abuse of their cards.

You have to try some other bins or buy a working threshold account.

If you are receiving a message stating that the card issuer has declined the request, there may be a few reasons why this is happening. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Check the card information: Make sure that you have entered the correct card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Even a small mistake in the information can cause the card to be declined.
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer: Your bank or card issuer may have blocked the transaction for security reasons. Contact them to find out if this is the case and if there are any restrictions on your card for online transactions.
  3. Try a different payment method: If you are still unable to add the card, consider using a different payment method, such as PayPal or a different credit card.
  4. Use a different Google account: If none of the above solutions work, try adding the payment method to a different Google account. Sometimes, there may be an issue with your specific account that is preventing the card from being added.
If you have tried these steps and are still unable to add the payment method to your Google account, you may want to contact Google support for further assistance.

There are so many reasons that can cause a card rejection, like error 30, 21, 25, 26. Every error has different solutions, can you be more specific?

Are you adding the card to automatic or manual payment acc ?

try another browser, use incognito mode and make sure there is not space at the end or beggining most of the time those error are generated because pages create a blank space at the end of the card or cvv number, also if you always request charge backs sometimes the cards get flagged by other companies and those cards get to a black list, do not use the autofill option that never works always but always input the info wrong and left spaces is better if you try typing the info and if you already checked everything talk to your bank and ask for any kind of restriction to use your payment method also companies will reject anything that is not a real credit or debit card.

it is not for Treshold Accounts, but to pay legitimate.

I tried like 10-20 Different BINs. Are there any places where i can buy working google ads bins?
10-20 is nothing man, find a way to find more bins
