Do affiliates tend to promote your product? If not, then maybe there is a problem with your sales page, and or the nature of the product itself you are selling.
Also the majority of potential customers are smarter here these day than they were say 10 years ago or so! You need to be clever and also offer high quality products that really solve a problem actually.
High quality products ALWAYS convert, and UNIQUE HQ products always win!!

For a small budget will i not recommend Bing Ads or Google Ads at all.
SE ADS can cost you a lot first to get good results, for sure if you have no income to invest.

My opinion is that you start with a landing page with a domain name (.com, .net, .org ....)
drive free traffic to your landing page, Will not go in dept how to do that. Search google

It is good that you are getting hops and views... but to get sales... you need good angles and possibly the right leads coming into your offer. When you generate the right leads... It is much easier to make sales....
