I think it all comes down to the forum. If it's credible like BHW, then they might not allow services aimed at scamming their users.

So the question here is that is it a popular/credible forum or just some random Russian forum?

If it's a credible forum, I might at least take the risk and give it a try with a small amount that I can afford to lose.

On Russian forum I found a service, "obnal", which means I deposit money to their bank account and they withdraw it in crypto, is that real, or they will just steal my money? It's not too good to be true service, as they take 40% of that money,.

Loosing your money is not an option,, you could try it out with a menial amount, don't feel too safe
