There is no other organic way. My approach is very unique so i might try and give it a shot

I am also running a small IT company in Chennai, India and in the past 10 years, 90% of my clients were from free promotions I made in social media channels like FB and LinkedIn. But nowadays FB group posting is not working like before. So, instead of promoting directly, post valuable content related to your service which shows you as an authority in those groups. Provide free service for small tasks and build trust unless you are doing PPC for your service. Join more small business groups. Network with more local marketing companies, and JV with them.

I contacted more people yesterday, and I got two more positive responses. Things are going really slow, to be honest. I think I need to contact more people, maybe 100. From now on, I will only post weekly updates, as things are going slow but I can see some positive results. I will give a long update every Sunday and small updates in between the weeks.
