i see that compared to years ago they now have more policies and harder monetization for some products, with many other apps competing, but they still offer advertising benefits nonetheless. maybe many years later fb can still make money

Well, if you find the way to advertise in Facebook (Facebook Ads), WITHOUT paying for it, then, yes, that counts as making Facebook work for you.

Facebook outsources a lot of his workers. Moderators, for example. They don't actually work for FB. They're nobodies and can read your PM's.
