I submitted over 20 links, but only 3 were indexed. You don't refund for non-indexed links.

Out of 20 links, 14 are indexed which is 70% indexing rate. Also your 5 links are now dead so the actual indexing rate is much higher. As informed many times before that most links index within 1 week and it could take upto 2 weeks to see best indexing rate. We are charging for our time, effort and resources we put to process your links for indexing which is 1 credit = 1 link processing regardless it indexes or not.

Why does my test show done but not yet indexed?

Most of the time it takes few minutes to verify the payment and credit add up but some time it could take upto few hours as well.

Thanks for your review. We are charging $0.05 per 1 credit = 1 link processing regardless it index or not. We are charging for our time, resources and effort in trying to index those links. So there is no refund for non-indexed links.
