Seems very easy to find out how many Google search results one will get from a keyword, but how do I find out how many searches per day the keyword gets?

For example, Matt's Free Keyword Tool has a column for number of searches, but I never get any results in that column.

How do I research the number of searches I can expect a keyword to get?

Thanks

Seobook(dot)com -> Tools -> Keyword Program

Or

Google "estibot overture" -> Sign up for free account

Deskcoder, can you tell me what GooglePhrase is? (estibot)

Keywords GooglePhrase AllInTitle AllInAnchor AllInURL
flirty dresses 9,370 201 4,350 50

Also, I have a list of 115 keywords in a text file that I need to figure out how many searches they get. I can't use "Seobook(dot)com -> Tools -> Keyword Program", can I?

Why don't you use the classic keywordtracker? (freekeywords.keywordtracker.com or sth like that)

It's the best keyword tool anyways in my opinion.

It may take some time but I think you can search each of the 115 keywords manually with seobook tool.

I do that to.

I think you are on the wrong page ...

I would just do it by hand. I only use these two keyword programs, but I am sure there is a paid program out there where you can put in the txt file.

Hi ams007,

Are you talking about my free keyword tool? If you are getting blank results for the number of searches, you have most likely hit wordtracker too hard that day (my tool pulls from wordtracker). If this happens, just head to the free wordtracker tool (hxxp://freekeywords.wordtracker.com) and try doing a search there manually. A captcha should come up. Enter it and the tool will reset and allow you more searches.

If you continue to have problems please contact me, we'll get this straightened out. The tool has been working fine for me.

Matt

you want to do it by hand because the keyword you select may not be the best one. if you do it by hand you will see what the variations are, some of which may be more popular than the ones on your list

Matt, it just does not work for me.

hxxp://freekeywords.wordtracker.com works fine with no captcha requested.

I tried on 2 different pcs, even clearing cookies and changing ip addresses first and still no first column results even with very popular keywords.

Any ideas?
