How to block free sms sites for verification?

Hey,

I noticed quite a few people that used fake sms numbers for verification from websites like the ones listed https://www.reddit.com/r/onions/comments/8bpalr/receive_anonymous_sms_on_public_phone_numbers/.

Would like to block them now on a large scale. Idea where to find a list of all/many of these fake numbers? Thought our sms provider, twilio, does that intentionally but it's not the case yet.

I think twilio has a service which you can use to check the origin of the number.
Phone Lookup or something similar. It can tell you if it is a carrier number or not
