2 tips from me.
Dont mix straight porn with gay porn, in 10 swipes up, I got 2 gay porn videos.

If you wanna put ads every 3 swipes at least use 10-20 different banners, and make them full page and the best would be for them to look like other videos but with a Call to Action so they can make you money.

I just came in to comment this. Interesting idea OP, but that first experience scarred tf out of me. Maybe stick with mainstream content cause some of the stuff you have there is a little too out there and not for everyone's taste.

I'm not an avid porn watcher so I might not just be the right demo, but I can't really see this catching on - at least in the format.

I was read-only for a couple of years, gaining so much useful tips from this forum.
This is my turn to deliver some motivating and useful info.


IMO there are not so many really convenient porn sites out there.
Even top-notch players have really moderate bruh UX. Why not fix it and make a good porn site? This niche never gets out of date.
After discussing an idea with my friends, we split roles and started building a TikTok-alike website containing porn.

Here is what we did so far:

Here's the plan:
1. Launch an mvp - DONE
2. Get the first $ revenue - DONE
3. Make UX/UI better than the top-5 competitors - IN PROGRESS
4. Reach the first 1k-10k/daily visitors - IN PROGRESS
Eventually, I want to build an app that will semi-passively make my being, gaining $5-50k a month. Do you think this real?)

You should make notice of the advices above, apart from working on the UX, you need to figure out how to implement an algorithm for content suggestions.

it's all about content recommendation based on user preferences. As someone mentioned before, most of the content there are not everyone's type. Besides that, i like the idea.

I wouldn't like a Porn app on my mobile phone lets say it straight.
Unless you are saying The person can Actually cover it in some sense.
But otherwise... thats not the way to consume porn.
