Google ads - unacceptable business practice

does anyone knows what's going on with my ads account:

1) created blackhat campaign, just add creative, ( no keywords and no cloaker added yet )
2) ads creative is approved, eligible status
3) then after less than an hour, the account was suspended for unacceptable business practice

I am frustrable, why does Google suspend an account even though the ads were approved
I didn't even touch the account after the ads is approved, no modification
that's wired...
this situation happened many times, I still have no idea what's going on

Sometimes, even a single word in the ad headline(s), ad description(s) can trigger unacceptable business practices, or it could even be the niche, or something in the landing page. Do not forget, that Google Ads review algorithms are AI based, so even some sentence structure or sentence construction in the ad headline(s), ad description(s), landing page, can trigger unacceptable business practices and could be other reasons too, as mentioned in the policies in the link provided above. You will have to analyse your ad headline(s), ad description(s), landing page, in order to know what is or are triggering unacceptable business practices.

yeah, google is more strict recently, thanks for the reply, I will test it with some different safe page
