Need help with attaching paypal in Microsoft Ads

Hi,
i am somehow able to create a new paypal and am able to verify the card as well. After creating microsoft ads, by adding paypal as a payment method, the card also gets shown but as soon as i add it, the account gets banned instantly and the paypal automatic payment method shows microsoft ads as inactive. Can anyone help me out in what wrong am i doing? I tried a lot of proxies, many different RDPs and changed to a lot of regions as well. Still no success. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

Send a message to support on Microsoft Ads, almost all accounts get suspended at first.

Get that set and no need to create new account you should contact them with the already suspended accounts and get them to help you fix it.
