As for the service:
Everything is as described. Main profiles are 8k and 3k followers respectively, and given the number of views/reach that they have on their average tweet, I'd say those followers are organic. The secondary twitter profiles are 100-500 followers each.

I'd say the service is best suited for a brand-new project for its initial announcement or as a small part of a long-term marketing strategy as was my case. Twitter ads for the price tend to give me more visibility/reach, but despite being "official" a lot of it is from bot profiles, whereas this service seems very organic, which I very much appreciate.

For the low price I don't expect wonders in terms of traffic and new followers (received 10 in total) but since my project is older and higher quality (not a crypto/nft pump and dump) I am MUCH more concerned about the quality rather than the quantity. When I order similar services, I'm usually somewhat scared of reputational damage - a poor quality service can make your project look scammy and do more harm than good, and I'm glad to say that this is DEFINITELY not the case here.
Here, the quality is better than what Twitter themselves provide via their ads (from which half my new followers are obvious bots and the rest of them are not so obvious bots).

Overall, I'm happy, and whether you'll be happy depends on what you're looking for.
If you're looking to blast a massive amount of followers and traffic at a good bang for the buck price, without caring whether they're real or not, there's much more suitable services out there, including Twitter ads.

If you're looking to get the word out at launch date, or you're looking for a small helper for your organic growth WITHOUT REPUTATIONAL SIDE EFFECTS, then NiceDogey's tweets are more up your alley.

1. Most of the profiles don't spam new advertisements daily, so the tweets/retweets remain at the top of their pages. I even got another 10 additional followers these past 24 hours, alongside a bunch of traffic - and this appears likely to go on for another few days.
2. It just reiterates that links towards your project won't be surrounded by NFT scam spam like it often happens with other sellers, so if you're worried about being "in bad company" with this one, you can relax and give it a try.

• 1 PR on 2+ years old aged blog

The service is good if you have a long-term project and want a starting point for your PR.
Having your project name out there is better than having nothing. This is what this service offer.

My advice:
Buyers could check if the PR from the package has a few websites with relevant traffic.
Ask to do the Shout-out when your target audience is active on Twitter.

The pricing is good for what he offers, and the communication was clean.

The article is very well written, documented and definitely on my niche, the site has DA4 PA9 and DR1.2, as for shoutouts on twitter accounts I'm not sure they are beneficial.
