Challenge: Can I make $2 in 30 Days?

I've been on this SEO forum since 2017 (different account) and I still haven't tried doing anything SEO related
There are a lot of posts where people share their success with money sites bringing them thousands every month. I am kinda skeptical as some of the posters seem to be selling some sort of service related to their success. However, I assume some success is to be expected with persistency.

• I have purchased a new domain and setup a basic Wordpress site.
• There are currently 3 articles posted today to get things going.
• I will be posting a new article to this site every day for 30 days.
• Each article will have a low competition keyword and 1k+ word count.
• Some articles will have affiliate links, ADs will be added when possible.
• I will be posting updates on this thread every day for 30 days.

The niche I have chosen seems to be rather competitive, but I hope I can get around it by only targeting low competition keywords and questions.
I will be using the help of AI, but this isn't a GPT ass blaster 9000 journey. Everything will be done manually, including editing and proofreading.

Current website stats:

Money spent on hosting: $2

The goal of this journey is to earn back the money spent on hosting. Do you think I can do it?
I am open to suggestions and recommendations.

You said you are in a competitive niche and I agreed with you. Maybe my comments about the price points threw you off?

Otherwise you said you have a new website (and showed stats) and I simply asked how you planned on driving traffic to your new website.

Are you going to use your Youtube shorts automation Method to drive traffic to the site?

That would probably help because google will see that people are visiting your site directly (through the link) which means that your site is important.

I had the domain for a while, can’t remember how much I paid for it, but no more than $5.

The website is brand new and not shared anywhere yet, so I’m not sure what website you visited.

That would probably help because google will see that people are visiting your site directly (through the link) which means that your site is important.

No, I won’t be doing that to avoid promoting mine or anyone else's products. However, I will share articles on social media and try some free methods on this forum to gain traction.

SEO is a patience game, that's why I never tried it for long, if you intend to earn so little in 30 days I think there are easier methods and maybe you can earn even more....

Social media would probably get you to your goal faster than SEO though, ranking and making money so fast as 30 days

is challenging for most people when their website might have no traffic at all.

The goal is not the money in this case, but actually achieving something with SEO.

Depending on your niche you should try to get social traffic if you want to make some money in the first 30 days. Pinterest, reddit, Facebook groups or Twitter could all be great opportunities for you. I have no doubt in my mind that a website can generate $2 the first month, you just have to be persistent and stick to it. Good luck and keep us updated!

The home page of the site got indexed:

Posted another great article, total 4 now:

Page visits = 1 (me )

Followed some free methods to create 6 backlinks, 1 of which is already indexed:

The site literally just got picked up by Google and I haven't shared it anywhere, so not expecting much at the moment.

We've got traffic:

Not much, but I've shared the latest article on social and this is the result.

The Search Console is finally alive, even though still at 0:

Waiting for all articles to be indexed.

Wrote few more articles, total is 8 now:

Up next: Building backlinks and adding relevant affiliate links to articles.

Didn't have much time to work on this today, just uploaded one mediocre article.

Here are the stats so far:

As you can see still getting some traffic from social, only one article is indexed so far and got another backlink.
