I got this problem everytime when I'm trying to post or comment on any subreddit/post... any ideas why this is happening to me?

The account is too new, or, it doesn't have enough recent previous activity so it's not warmed-up.

Also sometimes this can be caused by the IP. In this case, try switching the IP and try again to post, if the previous IP was at fault the message will not show and you can post.

Just obey the rules. There can be a lot of factors but usually if you buy accounts is because either account had no activity in a while or you are using bad IPs

ive seen a few people on reddit saying turning off there vpns resolved this
so its possible its ip related

Your account or IP is somehow flagged from reddit.

You may still get restrictions even if you change IP, but those are usually, more often than not, imposed by the subreddit you're posting in rather than reddit itself.

maybe yo don't have enought karma, if I'm not wrong there is a restriction about how many comments you can make related to your karma and new users are really restricted with their interactions.
