best real estate classified theme for WP?

whats the best real estate classified theme for word press which is not buggy?

no idea what the best theme for realtors is since I never needed one, but here are a few themes that I found by googling:

If you are not into designing, just pick any Elementor Template Kit you like and you will have a fully working design, non-buggy and easily editable by you, in a couple of minutes.

Generally speaking, I would never buy a theme specifically designed for a industry, except for a News or a Magazine-type theme, that could be specifically designed to be high performant for this.

the problem with the most classified themes by themeforest is, they use a lot of 3. part plugins and some of the plugins are not up to date anymore or the license model changed so not all functions are available or the themes are old

I didn't know this (but now I do, thanks for the info)... But I didn't do any research to be honest, I just googled and copy-pasted everything I could find

There are dozens of themes in those links, though, they can't be all from TF... I would say you find a non-TF theme that's specifically for classified sites and try to make that work. Otherwise I don't know any real estate + classified theme specifically, sorry

I hope you have found a solution. I am also planning to build a real estate classified site this summer. And I am looking into JetEngines and other widgets by Crocoblock. I played around GeoDirectory a little bit, which is also decent. However, Crocoblock seems more customizable. I am currently struggling with the business model part and retrieving data from sources though.
